RETURN/EXCHANGE
POLICY
- No item can be returned without prior
authorization and a RA number. Without this number all returns and or exchanges
will be refused. You can receive this number by emailing us at info@christmas-forever.com.
The RA number must be printed on the outside of the returned package.
- The items to be returned or exchanged must be postmarked within 3 days
of receipt of the package.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for
all returns/exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling
fees.
- Christmas-Forever.com will not be responsible for late
or untimely deliveries by any of the freight carriers.
- The customer
is responsible for the package once it has left our store.
- All
returns/exchanges must be in original condition and packaging.
- All
special order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
- Merchandise
Purchased Before Christmas Cannot Be Returned After Christmas For Refund, Credit
or Exchange.
- All refunds or exchanges will be inspected and
issued at the discretion of Christmas-Forever
- Customer agrees
to assume all liability in the use, misuse, and/or handling of any product purchased
from Christmas-Forever and will not hold Christmas-Forever, it's employees and/or
owners liable for any reason.
- Upon placing an order with Christmas-Forever.com
the customer accepts all terms and conditions as listed above.
- Items
may vary due to production and or printing process. Christmas-Forever is not responsible
for any advertent errors.
