Standard shipping is UPS Ground. Shipping time is typically 3-10 business days. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing.

UPS Express is also available for an extra charge. Charges vary depending on the amount of your order and will be calculated during the online order process.

Selecting 3 day shipping does not guarantee you will receive your merchandise in three days. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing on in stock merchandise.Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be sent by second day air. Pls select this selection otherwise your shipment will be held.

If the merchandise is out of stock you will be notified.

Please order by December 5 to insure delivery by Christmas. If you order after that date while there is every chance you can get your merchandise in time for Christmas, we cannot guarantee it. As it draws nearer to Christmas orders pile up and stock runs low. Please keep that in mind and order as EARLY as possible.

Any refusal of an order upon receipt will not constitute a return. A return must be authorized by Christmas-Forever.
